Police have Their Way. And Pay

How can we make the offices really pay, in this case the Police force insurance Paid in effect they go a way.
They own the information Can't they get it right. If you try to tell them or protect your home you'll get shot or your stuff gets destroyed .  If they come with a search warrant, it should not give them the right to destroy the place. I think if they don't find any thing the place should be back like they found it.
This wrong place is happening to often.
If you think it is someone braking in and you try to protect your property They will shoot you dead.
In American that is wrong. They have the place surrounded why shoot any one or their
dog. The dog is just doing what instinct tells it.
This dog was friendly. This is like shooting a kid because they have a toy gun with an orange tip and they can do it. This happen in West Memphis , AR same town as WM3.
The police are suppose to be above reproach.
On these raid they act as if they do no wrong. They are too eager to raid. Crime or not they are going to a Home someones castle. It could be yours next.
If they are in your home you can not get them to leave if they don't want to. Most of the time you can not call a lawyer. They will take you to Jail and sort it out latter.
The thing is it is on your record whether you are guilty or not.  Some states have a way your record can be sealed. Only after the back ground reporting agency have it in their data files. Great system. If they think you are guilty they will get you even, even if the fact show you innocence. They get you before you go to court.
In a right to work state they will fire you. A right to work is also a right to fire for any reason.

Bank of America to lay off thousands

This Not good for America. Why should so many suffer for a few leaders mistake. Do they not really care? In the first why did they hire so many if they could not tell whether they needed them or not?
It looks like not only we need a change in Govern but also in big business. These lender got us in trouble then why are they still around. Not all lawmakers are responsible for the mess.
But the lenders that got so greedy and would not help their borrows out. It would recover part of the loan rather than none and write it off. (aka swept it under the rug) the leaders simply wanted it off their rolls. Have their execute cut their pay. Are they worth their pay?.
