Smells Like a rat

Why is the USA spending So much money in Libya. We have people, Citizens hurting , needing Jobs. needs for Food stamps, entitlement programs, etc with the Teapublicans wanting to cut the entitlements, how can we think about helping another country, yes smells a rat.
 Next question why is the Government sending aid overseas. The oil companies stand to Profit should not they be sending aid. The oil companies get funding from the Government is this aid in fact the USA government funding the oil companies. Smell like a rat.
The government has spent close to if not more than $6.6 billion on Libya. It means the debt grow by that amount.
 They want to send 54 million in aid to Somalia. At once the oil people wanted to build an oil pipeline across Somalia. Sells like a rat.
How do you change a country leadership without a coup or a war. one leads to another.
Someone has to take charge, putting the Libya people first. Rule by the people needs to be installed quickly.
