Robbing from the poor to send to poor.

The money The USA sends to Disadvantaged countries. seems to be full of fraud .
There are World organizations with warehouse full that manage this aid more effectively. My arrangement is not about helping these people. With Food, Health, and Clean water. The people of Somali Have lost everything. They basically have no Government. The trouble is getting help to thye people inside the country.
Most now are in camps in Boarder Country.
The people in the USA will be worst of if the Republican and Tea Party cut welfare.
One Children will get their children take and put in a home it they don't have running water. if keep cutting Programs meant for a safety net. Theses same people Would be happy if all of our Jobs are lose to countries outside our boarders. If we buy stuff made outside the USA all money goes to that company. No income taxes are collect. If we had our Jobs back some would be of welfare and unemployment.
They would be paying taxes. Then out national spending to income would improve.
