Republicans want to sell F16 to Taiwan

If the F16 are made in the USA we need to sell Taiwan Theses planes it will create jobs. Are Am I misunderstanding this wrong , are we just giving Taiwan the planes?
In that case we are still having Jobs on USA soil. Money spent at home. And just giving the product away?
We have a treaty I guess with Taiwan If so, we need to honor it or our word is no good.

USA needs to do what we need to do. The only way we gain respect in the world is to make our word good. Bring our Jobs back home, and make superior products. Strong military.

I though the teapublicans   wanted to Cut and cut. Of course Jobs need to be back on our soil. Paying a wage that American's can achieve the dream of all Americans.
