Yes this is a success for NATO .
I think that all conflicts in the world should be handled this way.
Indeed Obama is a wise leader.
It just works better when we are not the big bully on the block.
It still involves American troops, Just not on the ground.
The people that wanted changes did the ground fighting.
It still cost us money, We flew planes and dropped bombs all cost money
Hope they were made on USA soil by Americans.
 Why do we need to send aid to the people of Libya. They have to
riches oils in the world. Most will go to Europe.
 They use that type of oil.
All they need is for the world to buy their products.
Most of the people that worked For the Government of Libya
worked there because it was the best paying jobs. This
includes police and some army.
Libya does not need to start from scratch like Iraq fresco did..
Libya just need  new leaders ship and a new direction. Democracy
a Government that resents the people and leaders that can be voted out or in.
